Timeframe: 
- Your order will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse 1-3 business days after receipt. 
- Shipping time varies depending on your location. 

Domestic (Australian) Shipping
- Delivery to metropolitan areas of VIC and NSW usually takes 1-2 business days. 
- For other states and non-metro locations, please allow up to 7 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.

International Shipping

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to arrive.

Method:  
- In most cases, goods are sent with our trusted dispatch partner, Australia Post. You will receive tracking information by email/phone when your order is dispatched. 
- To get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, we select the Authority to Leave option, so if you are not home to accept your parcel, it will be left in a safe place on your property, out of the weather.
