PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Whatever the weather, you need UV protection

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Whatever the weather, you need UV protection

It's easy to fall into the trap of associating UV protection and sunscreen with the sunnier seasons and outdoor activities.

But did you know that UV rays can penetrate your skin on cloudy, rainy, windy and snowy days, too? Skin damage is caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation, which is not connected with temperature or brightness.

UVA rays (the ones responsible for signs of aging) also get through glass, so even if you're indoors or in the car, if you're near a window, your skin is being affected.

The hot tip?

Always wear sunscreen!

Check out our SPF50+ Face sunscreen with moisturising Vitamin E. At 75g, it's perfectly portable and great for keeping in your carry-on luggage, too!
